Job Requirements:

• IT staffing experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (3+ years)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Personal transportation with a valid driver�s license
• Bachelor�s degree.

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain the existing book of clients in Virginia or Washington, D.C.
• Set meetings and visit CIOs, Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Purchasing Agents, etc
• Contact and meet with prospective customers to understand their needs, and hiring cycles, and establish a customer-oriented relationship
• Negotiate the terms of agreements
• Communicate with the recruiting and sourcing team and the clients to serve the client�s needs in the best possible way
• Maintain the client database in Salesforce CRM daily.
